Certification & Licensure

New Hampshire has several certification and licensure programs to ensure a qualified work force in addictive disorders. Certification and licensure are overseen by professional boards within the state and are often associated with national certification boards that provide testing, scoring and credentialing.

New Hampshire is a member of the International Certification and Reciprocity Consortium (IC&RC) - Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse. Membership in the IC&RC allows New Hampshire licensed AOD professionals to receive reciprocal certification in other IC&RC member states and countries.
